Smasher is the lab blender you have been waiting for! New and innovative design with sound-proof conception means quieter blending! The Smasher incorporates the “Smash effect” using an intial, instantaneous crushing of the sample by both paddles, before the peristaltic homogenization effect. This enables the best blending and the obtained suspension is homogeneous and representative of the sample microbial population.
The Smasher is the first peristaltic blender featuring a leak free and corrosion free blending chamber, with an integrated waste drawer. For easier cleaning, the blending chamber is totally accessible to the operator. The door can be opened
completely wide and Smasher can be tilted back at a 45o angle, making cleaning a
snap! Blending duration and speed are selected via the digital key pad and displayed on the LCD screen. Programmable times and three speeds offer many possible settings.
